JMA: Together, we made a joyful noise!
Thanks to your Support, WMP was able to send £20,000/€23,300 to the Methodist Church in Barbados for their ‘Investing in the Next Generation’ project.
Together, JMA groups across Ireland raised an incredible £15,000/€17,500 to support this work. With an addition £5,000/€5,800 from WMP, Irish Methodists are helping over 200 young people in Barbados explore their gifts in the Arts and find hope and future in Jesus.
Bishop Derick Richards from James Street Methodist, Barbados said, “During the last year, the project once again demonstrated the power of combining arts, mentorship, and faith to transform young lives.”
Thanks again to everyone played a part in JMA last year, we appreciate the efforts of all the children, Sunday School teachers, JMA Secretaries, parents and grandparents who want to help more young people to know God’s love. Your giving will have a long-lasting impact on the children and young people in Barbados.
