President’s Visit to Rome

Earlier this month, MCI President Rev David Nixon and Lay Leader Tom Wilson visited the Methodist Church in Italy, with World Mission Partnership Coordinator David Nesbitt. The visit was organised by MCI mission partner Rev Dr Barry Sloan, who works part-time as European Partnership Coordinator for the Global Relationships Team, Methodist Church in Britain.

In this short video, WMP Coordinator David Nesbitt gives a summary of the first part of the visit as they spent time in Rome. David, Tom, Barry and David met with the President of the Methodist Church in Italy as well as mission partners Rev Matthew Laferty, Daniel Pratt Morris-Chapman and Fiona Kendall.
