Global Mission in Portrush

In January, WMP Co-Ordinator David Nesbitt met with Jade and Lev, Global Mission Fellows serving in Ireland. Jade is a preschool teacher from the Philippines. Lev is from DR Congo, and recently graduated with a degree in health services management. Both are serving with the Boardwalk Collective in Portrush.

The Global Mission Fellows is a programme of the United Methodist Church. It provides young adults with the opportunity to serve in global mission for two years, partnering with a range of community organisations to support projects addressing areas like migration, education, public health and poverty.
