Supporting mission in Sierra Leone

Through World Mission Partnership, Irish Methodists sent a financial gift of £28,000 to the Methodist Church in Sierra Leone. This sum was designated to purchase a Connexional vehicle to further mission and outreach in the country.

WMP Officer Tim Dunwoody received this update from Rev. Mark Komba Ngobeh, Presiding Bishop of Methodist Church Sierra Leone:

Happy to inform you that we have now been able to buy a TOYOTA LAND CRUISER at the cost of $39,000 US dollars.The Trustees of the MCSL were able to add some amounts to meet the cost.
