President of the Methodist Church in the Caribbean and the Americas visits MCI

L-R: Bishop Everald Galbraith, Tim Dunwoody & Sherraine Galbraith

Bishop Everald Galbraith, President of the Methodist Church in the Carribean and the Americas recently visited the Methodist Church in Ireland. It was Rev Galbraith’s first time back in Ireland for 41 years, and his wife Sherraine’s first visit.

Everald and Sherraine saw and heard about many aspects of MCI’s ministry both locally and globally.

They spent time with World Mission Partnership and World Development & Relief staff, hearing about how MCI’s global partnerships are managed and learning about our relational approach with our global partners.
They spent time with IMYC and the Ministries team, as well as visiting East Belfast Mission and Ballynafeigh Methodist Church.

Everald and Sherraine enjoyed a weekend catching up with friends from in Lurgan.

They also hope to visit the Container Ministry before they return to Antigua.

Sherraine and Everald enjoyed lunch and conversation with the IMYC team. Pictured with IMYC Team Leader Gillian Gilmore.
