JMA groups learn about Kingo

Have you heard about Kingo, the lion who loves teaching children about the Bible? With the help of our wonderful JMA groups, churches all over Ireland have been learning about Kingo and the work he’s doing with the Bible Society of Egypt.

In Seymour Street, children enjoyed using this year’s JMA resource. Some of them said they wished Kingo could pay a visit to Lisburn! Afterwards, they shared what they had learned with the rest of their church family, and received their JMA badges and certificates.

In Whiteabbey, JMA members took part in the annual JAFFA Jamboree service. They gave a report on this year’s JMA project, and announced how much money had been raised to support the work of the Bible Society of Egypt.

A big thank you to all our JMA members and leaders for their support this year. The 2022/23 JMA resource is still available for download, and the 2023 issue of Rainbow magazine (featuring some of our other JMA members from Seymour Streeet!) is also now available.

Maisie has been helping children in Egypt to learn about Jesus, through JMA.

Cameron and Carlie announce the total raised by their group for this year’s JMA campaign.
