President on route to Telford by motorbike

Rev David Nixon (President)

Not trusting planes and knowing there will be no trains, the President of the Methodist Church in Ireland, the Rev David Nixon has decided to travel to the British Conference at Telford (near Birmingham) by motorbike.

He will be joined later in the week by the Lay Leader Mr Tom Wilson, the Secretary of Conference the Rev Dr Heather Morris and Mrs Margaret Copeland.
