Patrick Regan this February

We are pleased to welcome Patrick Regan OBE to facilitate a Learning and Development Opportunity taking place on Friday 27th February 2026 Thriving in Adversity.

This is an in-person only event held at Trinity Methodist Church, Lisburn (Ballymacoss Avenue, Lisburn BT28 2GX)

The event will run from 11am- 4pm and will include:

·       Understanding more about our own mental wellbeing

·       Understanding Perfectionism and Anxiety

·       What are the character traits of a resilient person/team

·       Explore the environment needed to allow people to flourish and grow

·       What drains our resilience and what can keep it high 

Patrick, founder of Brighter Days and Kintsugi Hope, is an Honorary Fellow at the London South Bank University for his contribution towards justice and well-being and was awarded CEO of the Year for Mental Health Training in 2023.

 This Learning and Development Day is FREE for participants and will include a light lunch and refreshments.

Brighter Days

On the following evening, Saturday 28th February, an event organised by Richill Methodist Church, Brighter Days, is taking place in Edenderry Methodist Church Hall. This will be an uplifting evening of conversation, music, and inspiration hosted by Patrick Regan. Brighter Days is a live event exploring mental health and hope!
