‘Ask Me About’ Panel

Hosted by Heather Morris

Our Autumn Soul panel is back! Join us for an open space to ask your questions about faith, life, doubts and curiosities. Whether you’re wrestling with a big question or simply wondering about something, this is a place for honest conversations, thoughtful answers and exploring faith together.

Homelessness and What Can We Do?

Geraldine Coffey

No matter where we live, homelessness affects people in our communities. It can happen for many different reasons, and understanding these is an important first step towards knowing how we can respond. As Christians, what is our responsibility towards people experiencing homelessness? And as young people, what can we do?
Together, we’ll challenge assumptions, grow in understanding and explore practical ways to respond with compassion, dignity and action in our own communities.

Making Room for Difference

Jamie Plant & Phil McQuade

We are often surrounded by people, but it's difficult to stand out. Come and explore how people from different backgrounds were treated in the Bible and what it means to be an active Christian bystander when faced with tricky situations of discrimination in everyday life.

Reflective Worship

Marcas Connolly

In the midst of a busy Autumn Soul, take some time to slow down and rest in God’s presence. Through guided reflection and worship, this seminar invites you to be still, listen and make space to encounter the God whose love surrounds you.
Come as you are, take a breath and spend some time with Him.

Prayer Ministry Space

Prayer Team

The Prayer Ministry Space is an opportunity to pause, receive personal prayer from our prayer team and encounter the God who surrounds us with His presence and love.
Whether you’re seeking guidance, encouragement or simply want someone to pray with you, you’re welcome here. Come as you are and make space for God to meet you.

Prayer Room

Take a breath, slow down and spend time with the God whose love surrounds you. Created in partnership with 24-7 Prayer, this self-led space offers prayer stations to help you pray, reflect and be still with God. Explore at your own pace. You don’t need special words or any experience of prayer. Simply come as you are and make room for God. You’ll find the Prayer Room at the side of the Assembly Hall. If anything brings up questions or you’d like to talk, your group leaders are there for you. The Prayer Team will also be available during the Big Sing in the afternoon if you’d like someone to pray with you.

The Trading Game

Christian Aid Ireland

Global trade connects communities worldwide, but its systems often favour wealthier countries, leaving lower-income nations at a disadvantage. The Trading Game offers you an interactive way to explore these inequalities, understand the complexities of global trade, and consider how trade can be made fairer for everyone.
At Christian Aid Ireland, we see it as a valuable starting point for building awareness and encouraging critical thinking about our interconnected world.

The World We Want to See

he World We Want to See workshop encourages young people to imagine a better world and explore how they can help make it a reality. Inspired by Isaiah 65:17-25, it explores themes of justice, hope and equality, showing how small actions can create positive change in their communities and beyond.
Through discussion and reflection, young people are encouraged to recognise their own power to make a difference.
