President marks anniversary of the death of Queen Elizabeth II
The 8th September 2023 marks one year from the death of Queen Elizabeth II who died aged 96 at Balmoral Castle.
Speaking on behalf of the Methodist Church in Ireland, the President, the Rev David Turtle has said,
“On this first anniversary of the death of Queen Elizabeth II, I give thanks for her life and Christian witness, and offer the thoughts and prayers of our Connexion to King Charles III, Queen Camilla and the other members of the Royal Family.”
