President and Lay Leader visit Lord Mayor of Belfast

The President, the Rev David Turtle, the Lay Leader, Mr Tom Wilson and the General Secretary and Secretary of Conference, the Rev Dr Heather Morris paid an official visit to Belfast City Hall on Wednesday 8th November to meet with Cllr Ryan Murphy Lord Mayor of Belfast.

This was a very relaxed meeting covering a wide range of topics. The President outlined the contribution the Methodist Church in Ireland had made within the City of Belfast and beyond, especially in the area of social needs.

The President presents the Lord Mayor with a picture featuring the Presidential logo of the "twin yoke".
